Sarig Zur
Managing Director, Ankor Systems
|
Sarig Zur became the managing director of Ankor Systems in 2005. Since his appointment Sarig launched an ambitious change process to position Ankor Systems as an international integration and consulting company, and concurrently, to strengthen the company's local market.
Prior to his position at Ankor Sarig filled the role of V.P Corporate Accounts at INFO-X (acquired by 3M) New Jersey, where he was responsible for establishing the company's market presence, developing products and services and managing product marketing. During his tenure sales revenues with one product line more than doubled while the other product line enjoyed a successful launch.
Previously in New Jersey Sarig was appointed Executive V.P Sales and Marketing for ARELNET Inc. – an international manufacturer of VOIP equipment, where he established the company's US arm. During his tenure Sarig dramatically increased the company's sales and launched a successful VAR program. Before leading the US operations Sarig developed ARELNET's international market in Asia, Africa, Europe and South America and set up the company's Singapore offices. He was instrumental in developing strategic alliances with Nortel and Keppel, contributing significantly to the company’s profits. Major accounts produced by Sarig include; Bell Canada, France Telecom and British Telecom.
Sarig holds an MBA degree from Hartford University, Hartford, CT and Paris France and a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Ben Gurion University, Beer Sheeva, Israel.

Tali Adir
RDT Group President and Chief Executive Officer

Tali Adir was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the RDT Group after holding several senior positions previously in the company including establishing and managing the US subsidiary of RDT Components. Before joining RDT Tali served as Vice President of Advantech Holdings (TASE: ADVT), a public investment fund specializing in Israeli high-tech companies. Tali has also served as Vice President of Morgan Atlantic, a US-based international investment house.
Tali Adir’s experience includes; establishing new ventures in particularly challenging environments, streamlining operations to enhance profitability of large corporations, and planning and executing dramatically successful exit strategies. As Vice President of Morgan Atlantic, Tali was part of a team of entrepreneurs that worked in Eastern Europe immediately after the fall of the Communist block. The group created innovative and highly profitable agricultural ventures and partnered with local entrepreneurs to introduce branded consumer goods.
As President and CEO of the RDT Group, Tali Adir focuses on maximizing the synergies between the Group’s various entities and preparing it for future growth. Her efforts included finalizing the move to RDT's new headquarters and directing a reorganization initiative spanning across RDT Management Services Ltd. activities.
Tali Adir holds a J.D. degree from the Cardozo School of Law in New York, and an L.L.M. degree in commercial arbitration from London University, and is a member of the Israeli and New York bars.

Israel Adir

Israel Adir founded the RDT Group in 1963 and turned it into one of Israel’s leading high-tech corporations.
Mr. Adir is a visionary leader in Israel’s high-tech arena; years before the country experienced its high-tech boom, Israel became one of the first industrialists to invest in technology ventures. In 1989, he invested in Lanoptics (NASDAQ: LNOP), where he served as Chairman of the Board from 1990 to 1995.
A skilled manager, Mr. Adir is closely involved with the development of all the start-up companies in the group’s portfolio. His expertise in business development, human resource management, negotiation and strategy building are invaluable assets for all the
companies in the group.
Mr. Adir is a member of the board of most of the group’s portfolio companies, often serving as Chairman. Mr. Adir serves as Chairman of the Electronics Division and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce.
Israel holds a B.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.
